Yellow Chartreuse is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) compared to Green Chartreuse at 55% ABV (110 proof). Yellow Chartreuse incorporates honey and saffron, delivering a sweeter, softer, and more floral flavor profile with notes of chamomile, citrus, and mild anise, whereas Green Chartreuse is intense, herbaceous, and pungent.
