  • Heat-Cycled Warehouses: Actively fluctuates warehouse temperatures to force the spirit deep into the toasted and charred oak.
  • Rigorous Selection: Barrels are only approved if they pass a positive trajectory; no release was authorized for 2023.
Sensory Profile

Nose: Intense black cherry, rich molasses, and honeysuckle. Developing layers of roasted pecan, toasted oak, and warm baking spice emerge alongside vanilla and grape jelly.

Palate: Full-bodied and decadent. A front of vanilla, honey, and barrel-aged maple syrup transitions into a mid-palate of maraschino cherry, salted caramel, and developed earth.

Finish: Sublimely long. A signature closing of dark chocolate and baking spice with a multi-minute "Kentucky Hug" persistence characteristic of the brand.
