Strategic Position

Production Methodology

Built on the same 80% corn, 12% malted barley, 8% rye Tennessee mash, the 12-year is mellowed through sugar-maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process, then matured a full twelve years in new American white oak on the hill at Lynchburg. The current Batch 4 is bottled at 107 proof.
