Taylor Jr. named his 1870 distillery Old Fashioned Copper for the stills, piping and fermenters he installed to make cleaner spirit, and the bottles carry copper lettering and a copper plaque in tribute. The whiskey inside is a single year's fill held in the distillery's warehouses until it was judged ready — in this case, from 2006 to a 2025 release. The bottle is a hand-cut crystal replica of an O.F.C. decanter recovered from the distillery archives, and the provenance card inside the case ties the liquid to the year on the plaque.
